Effective Date: 1/1/2026
Last Updated: 1/19/2026

By accessing this website, registering for a class or event, making a purchase, or making a donation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to The Creative Jam LLC (for-profit creative studio) and The Creative Jam Foundation (501(c)(3) nonprofit), depending on which site you are using.

1. About Us

The Creative Jam LLC is a for-profit creative studio offering classes, events, rentals, retail experiences, and creative programming.

The Creative Jam Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to creative experiences through sliding-scale programs, scholarships, outreach, and community partnerships.

Each website applies only to the organization named on that site.

2. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Creative activities may involve tools, materials, movement, or other elements that carry inherent risk. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to release and hold harmless The Creative Jam LLC and/or The Creative Jam Foundation from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

Participants under 18 must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian when required.

3. Registration & Payments

  • Registration is first-come, first-served unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required to reserve a spot.

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific event listed.

  • Some events require a minimum enrollment to run.

4. Cancellations, Transfers, Rescheduling & Refund Requests

Participant Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are transferable to another person for the same event with advance notice.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-creditable by default.

  • Ticket holders may submit a refund request at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled event.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied at the sole discretion of The Creative Jam LLC / The Creative Jam Foundation.

  • Requests made less than 14 days before an event will not be considered.

  • No-shows do not receive refunds or credits.

Rescheduled Events (by Us)

  • If we reschedule an event, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date.

  • If the new date does not work for you, you may submit a refund request within 7 days of the reschedule notice.

  • Refund requests related to rescheduled events are not guaranteed.

  • If no request is made within that time, the ticket will remain valid for the new date.

Cancellations by Us

  • If we cancel an event entirely, you will receive a full refund or credit, at your choice.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending classes or events, you grant permission for photos and video taken during programming to be used for marketing, social media, educational, and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
